WELCOME to the database for African and African American historic sites in the diaspora!
The International Self Registry of African American Historic Sites was developed for those historic preservationists in awe of their historic sites and its value, and who have a compassion to preserve it. It cost nothing to be in the registry. Please be informed that it may be included in publications in the future. You are allowed to enter up to three Visual Artifacts. These pictures need to be in the highest resolution possible as publication of Volume I will be of quality for purchasing.
In the past, criteria such as owners of land not being deceased or other criteria not being met prevented people from getting on the National Registry. Certain criteria not being met for the National Registry caused their site to be removed from the registry and in some cases, demolished. This should no longer be.
It is my hope and dream to help preserve history and artifacts as much as possible through this database site. In preserving artifacts, preservationist of archives is usually best done by professionals. Note: In Little Rock, AR, Bryan & Devin Conservation, bryananddevan.com/ is just one of many restoration and preservation companies that work hard to preserve your precious historical items. God speed to everyone who know the value of their history and historical treasures.
“A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS”. Those entries which include pictures will have more value in the publication of this Volume as TRUE HISTORY must be seen and documented or forever lost.
